The appointments we give out are approximate times only. The treatment of emergency cases will be given preference, which may cause longer waiting times for you. We apologize for the inconvenience. Under-aged patients must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please do not forget to bring your health insurance chip card. Patients who do not speak German sufficiently well should bring someone who can act as an interpreter.
If you wish to be treated in our Outpatients’ Department you must make an appointment and bring a valid referral form issued by an ENT specialist.
